One-to-one 75-minute psychometric debrief at program start and close. Your results inform your coaching work, career management strategy and long-range plan beyond the program.

6 one-to-one sessions, with a coach with years' experience working with senior executives at Fortune500 and international non-profits. Sessions are virtual and 75 minutes each.

The Eight's Masterclasses cover the unwritten rules of corporate success.
Research-based executive learning is combined with frank and pragmatic tips and tricks on how to navigate day-to-day and strategic opportunities in executive leadership.
The Masterclass topics are Corporate Influence, Stakeholder Management, Navigating Jerks & Jackasses, Career Management, Personal Branding, and Mastering Behavior Change. Each Masterclass has two 1-hour virtual seminars, a pre-read and an individual activity with personal feedback and coaching.
The Eight starts and closes with a 2-day residential, attended by all executives on the program.
The purpose of the residential is to advance the insights, strategies and relationships driving your career advancement. The setting and activities are curated for you to access deep focus and new ways of thinking.
The residential agenda includes interactive workshops, inspirational guest speakers and industry experts, and cultural experiences. The Kickoff Residential takes place on 25-26 April, 2025 in Europe. The Capstone Residential is 14-15 November, 2025 in the US. Further details coming soon.
The program starts April 25-26 with a 2-day residential and closes November 14-15 with a final 2-day residential. Outside residentials, the typical monthly time commitment is 4 hours.
The Eight convenes senior executives from corporates and international not-for-profit organizations.
