3 gold-standard psychometric assessments, specifically designed to provide deeper understanding of yourself, your situation and how to navigate to your goals.
One-to-one 75-minute debrief at program start and close. Your results inform your coaching work during the program and your long-range plan beyond the program.
After each debrief, you receive a summary of key insights and recommended actions prepared for you by your dedicated program advisor.
One-to-one guidance to discover and work a transformational goal focused on your career and leadership.
6 one-to-one sessions, with an executive coach who deep experience working with leaders at Fortune500 and international non-profits. Sessions are remote and 75 minutes each.

The Eight's Masterclasses cover the unwritten rules of corporate success.
Research-based executive learning is combined with frank, pragmatic advice on how to navigate day-to-day and strategic challenges in executive leadership at large organizations.
Topics include Corporate Influence, Stakeholder Management, Navigating Jerks & Jackasses, and Reputation Management. There are 6 Masterclasses in total; each Masterclass has two 1-hour remote seminars, a pre-read and an individual activity. 2 additional topics are chosen by the cohort at the program midpoint.
The Eight starts and closes with a 2-day residential, attended by all executives on the program.
The purpose of the residential is to elevate your network, build new leadership muscles, and strengthen goal-setting and planning to achieve your next milestone. The setting and activities are curated for you to access deep focus and new ways of thinking.
The residential agenda includes workshops, guest speakers and cultural experiences. The Kickoff Residential takes place on 25-26 April, 2025 in Europe. The Capstone Residential is 14-15 November, 2025 in the US.
The program starts in late April with a 2-day residential and closes in mid-November with a second 2-day residential. Outside residentials, the typical monthly time commitment is 4 hours.
