The program experience has eight components

02. Informed & Intelligent Coaching

One-to-one guidance to discover and work a transformational goal focused on your career and leadership.

6 one-to-one sessions, with a coach with years' experience working with senior executives at Fortune500 and international non-profits. Sessions are virtual and 75 minutes each.

Informed by our proprietary psychometric analysis, to ensure all your strengths and opportunities are leveraged. Coaching with The Eight matches your pace, understands your context, and provides clear guidance to support your goals.

01. Deep & Pragmatic Self-Understanding

3 gold-standard psychometric assessments, specifically designed to provide deeper understanding of yourself, your situation and how to navigate to your goals.

One-to-one 75-minute psychometric debrief at program start and close. Your results inform your coaching work, career management strategy and long-range plan beyond the program.

After each psychometric debrief, you receive a summary of key insights and recommended actions specifically prepared for you and your situation.

03. Power & Politics Masterclasses

The Eight's Masterclasses cover the unwritten rules of corporate success.

Research-based executive learning is combined with frank and pragmatic tips and tricks on how to navigate day-to-day and strategic opportunities in executive leadership.

The Masterclass topics are Corporate Influence, Stakeholder Management, Navigating Jerks & Jackasses, Career Management, Personal Branding, and Mastering Behavior Change. Each Masterclass has two 1-hour virtual seminars, a pre-read and an individual activity with personal feedback and coaching.

04. Personalized Advancement Plans

Highly personalized action plans to achieve transformative leadership and career goals.

In-depth psychometric analysis reveals hidden strengths, which together with executive coaching work, deliver personalized strategies for you to navigate your situation to maximum effect. Your advancement plan maps the course from where you are to where you want to be, with clear milestones, metrics, and resources to expedite your journey.

Leave the program with a long-range plan for sustained impact.

Designed for time-constrained executives

The program starts with a 2-hour online kickoff, provided on 2 optional dates, April 26 or April 28, 2025. It closes with a 3-hour online capstone on November 15, 2025.

During the program, the typical monthly time commitment is 4 hours.

05. Wellbeing & Wealth Power Hours

Structured, monthly power hour on a topic related to personal fulfillment and lifestyle. Co-led by an industry expert or fellow leader.

06. Personalized Networking Opportunities

We help you broker a new or deeper connection monthly. Includes personalized tips and strategies to build rapport and buy-in.

07. Applied Psychology Deep Dives

Small-group workshops on specialist psychology topics for executive leaders, from leadership team dynamics to the science of charisma.

08. Alumni Community

Continued access to executive learning, networking and events. Includes access to annual in-person summit.
