When reviewing an application, we get to know the person behind it.
We take into consideration your leadership achievements and experience, your ambitions, and your personal qualities and life experiences.
Admit decisions are made on a rolling basis. The maximum number of participants for this year's program is 40.

The Eight welcomes applications from senior executives at corporates and international not-for-profits.
All applicants are required to submit the online application form and their full résumé. We speak with each applicant before making an admit decision.
