To be considered for a place on The Eight, you:

Are a CXO, SVP or similar at a corporate or not-for-profit organization
Report directly to a regional or global president or chief
Have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience
Work at an organization with 10,000+ full-time employees or which collaborates extensively with large organizations
Have proven experience leading, or acting as a key contributor to, the growth or transformation of a function, region or organization
Are able to travel to Europe and the US (respectively) for both in-person residentials
