To evaluate AB InBev's needs, we conducted a full audit of the organisation's strategic priorities, alongside review of each leader's development and performance data.

We are providing a fully customised leadership academy that combines business theory, business application, and leadership capability building. The programme is delivered in partnership with WashU Olin Business School. Over 8 months, 30 executives attend five in-person trainings, and participate in digital experiences, peer-to-peer collaboration, and personalised performance coaching.
The plan is for the leadership academy to run on an annual basis, and to form a key part of leadership development and capability-building strategy.
