Job Description

As a Senior Analyst you will provide key contributions to help clients tackle their biggest challenges. Your insights will be used to develop client recommendations. You will create implementation strategies and analyse measurable outcomes.

A successful candidate will already have a core understanding of consulting frameworks and practices. You will thrive during high levels of ambiguity. You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to key clients. You will use previous experience to enact a challenger mindset, while maintaining respect and trust. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to become qualified executive coaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop solutions and implementation strategies for our clients
  • Provide well-informed insights of how key industries work both from a strategic and operational standpoint
  • Use proficient storytelling to highlight the implications of findings for leaders and their teams
  • Take the lead on preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, and infographics for internal and external use
  • Anticipate project implementation challenges and pre-emptively develop and present actionable solutions
  • Field ad hoc client requests
  • Track and measure project data to quantify client ROI
  • Develop an advanced understanding of psychological and behaviour change theories, processes, and practices
  • Contribute to our thought leadership work by engaging in active research and drafting thought pieces for our clients and stakeholders

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Experience of using research and analysis to support recommendations and solution implementation
  • Evidence of leadership in a work setting or extracurricular activity
  • High-level critical reasoning skills
  • Evidence of tracking and analysing project data in order to quantify client outcomes
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects, responsibilities, or priorities with close attention to respective deadlines
  • In past work has demonstrated their ability to work well in a pressurised environment, while maintaining high attention to detail, and consistent delivery to a high standard
  • Strong rhetoric in writing and/or speaking, complemented by very articulate use of English (verbal and written)
  • High intellectual curiosity with a “constant learner” mentality
  • Highly observant with ability to pivot approach/content quickly based on fresh insight
  • Able to grasp, synthesise, and clearly communicate complex and nuanced information
  • Can stay productive, positive, and focused on the overarching goal in periods of high uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a healthy level of self-awareness
  • Demonstrable interest in understanding people, their motivations, and their behaviours
  • Proficient in MS Office

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant business experience, ideally in a leading consultancy firm
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a globally leading university
