Job Description




Successful candidates have the ability to extract trends and insights from large datasets, and to communicate these insights verbally and visually. They will have a strong interest in how to understand and communicate people-based capabilities and behaviour using data.

As a Data Scientist, you will support consultants with client projects. Examples of challenges we address include:

  • How do you transform mindsets within an organisation?
  • How can you identify hidden innovative capabilities in a firm?
  • What capabilities do the leaders of tomorrow need to have? What is the most efficient way to equip leaders with them?

Data Scientists report directly to a Senior Analyst. Salary base increases, bonuses, and other benefits will be directly tied to the value of the contribution you make.






Qualifications and experience




  • 1-5 years’ experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
  • Expertise in Excel, Tableau, and R. Python is an asset
  • Strong statistical knowledge, ideally in the social/psychological sciences
  • Experience using Qualtrics is preferred
  • Numerical/Technical Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)





Key Responsibilities




  • Undertake data collection and analysis
  • Analyse large amounts of data and extract trends and insights
  • Present information using data visualisation techniques, in particular Tableau
  • Make recommendations on methodological approaches and best practice for collecting data
  • Build processes to automate data collection and analysis
  • Interact with the consulting side of the business to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Maintain up-to-date databases and data systems
  • Create new opportunities to provide insight to clients via data and visualisation
  • Mentor colleagues on how to gather and manipulate data effectively
